When you sign up for any type of mentoring, as needed I will guide you to use specific practice guides that walk you through healing practicing and techniques in between sessions. This will help you more fully integrate the energy shifts and sustaining growth.
how does the resource library work?
Although I am a psychotherapist, this is a spiritual/metaphysical mentoring and development service. My clinical training is an integrated tool but this service does not provide diagnosis or operate as a clinical mental health practice ( no insurance billing of any type).
